Linda is a seasoned HR and OD practitioner with over two decades of experience spanning diverse industries. She has trained learners from a wide spectrum of sectors, including oil and gas, banking, engineering, precision engineering, retail, and FMCG.
Linda's vision is to be recognized as a Transformational Architect in renewing organizational culture. Her mission is to elevate organizational performance through values alignment, coaching, diagnostics, and experiential learning.
She has designed and facilitated corporate training at multiple levels. As a skilled facilitator, she engages learners to apply their skills in the workplace. Linda is also an adjunct facilitator at the Institute of Adult Learning, where she conducts ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) and SDAF (Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation) modules.
Linda has managed regional and local training programs, corporate talent pools, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. She implemented an in-house coaching program for supervisors and people managers to enhance coaching competencies.
In her role as an HR Business Partner in consumer banking, Linda handled the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, succession planning, and talent management. Her strong understanding of HR processes enabled her to engage with clients effectively, understand key issues, and address people challenges to improve organizational performance.
Linda graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Business (Honors) in 2000. She earned her ACTA in 2005 from the Singapore Training and Development Association and became certified as an NLP Practitioner with the American Board of NLP in 2009. She also holds a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education and is a Certified Workplace Learning Specialist. With a Master's degree from University College London's Institute of Education, Linda excels in diverse teams as a trusted business partner.
